Greek Couscous Salad
My absolute favorite lunch food! It is so good that I keep going back for more! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients-
I always use organic ingredients
1 box of garlic and olive oil couscous (I use Whole Foods brands)
1 box of garlic and olive oil pearled couscous
1 red onion, diced
1 4.5 oz can of sliced black olives
Diced parsley
Olive Oil
Vinegar (I use red wine vinegar or balsamic, you can use whatever you want to change the flavor)
Black pepper and sea salt (to taste)
Directions-
Prepare couscous according to boxes. Regular couscous and pearled couscous are prepared differently)
Mix couscous, onion, black olives and parsley together
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar
Stir it around
Add black pepper and sea salt to taste
Mix up and chill
